"Where poetry meets self-help, this book becomes a eulogy for the past, a repast for the weary, and a resurrection for anyone learning to love themselves again. If you’ve ever had to start over, this book is your mirror. Let it hold you while you heal."

MY STORY
What inspired me to write Love After Death was my own lived experience with grief in all its forms. I’ve faced the death of my brother and sister, the death of romantic relationships, I once poured myself into, and the death of former versions of myself I had to let go of in order to grow. Each loss broke me in different ways, but they also brought me back to love, love for myself, love for others, and maybe most importantly, self-compassion and forgiveness.

Truthfully, I’ve felt it all, anger, vengeance, loneliness, depression, fear, isolation, self-destruction, bitterness. But with time and soul searching, I came to know peace. I discovered awakening, self-love, softness, awareness, and a gentler way of being. I learned to be kind to myself. To forgive others. To forgive myself. I didn’t just survive those moments; I rose above them. Love After Death is the story of that transformation. It’s a testament that healing is possible, and that even in the aftermath of loss, love still lives.
